Artist Statement
“As most of my previous work suggests, I am inspired mostly by nature and try ever so much with every piece to do justice to creation.
My quest is to reveal the unique beauty in simple subjects and try to discover their true character.
My most preferred medium till date has been Mild Steel, because it challenges me to try and install life into my work using a medium that is stubbornly rigid.
I try and portray the rigidity of the medium by opting for an organic/raw finish, which interestingly also gives my work a lot more character.
