I worked with Infantino in the Hilton group when I was executive chef at Hilton Sydney where, we were also fortunate to have his services to produce some works of art which are still in use today after several years. I also visited the Hilton Kuala Lumpur where he worked and personally witnessed his gallery. Infantino has the incredible skill of being able to produce something from nothing.
