I had the pleasure meeting Infantino during a regional Hilton Asia F&B Manager and Executive Chef Workshop at the Hilton KL in where he displayed very creative decorations for the entire ballroom foyer and function rooms, using recycled materials and arranging carvings and special artefacts out of various materials. All dispays where so eye catching and impressive, I remember I have taken so many photos, like all of us at the workshop.Previously, I was working as the Executive Chef of the Hilton Petaling Jaya and during my 2 years time in PJ, I have seen a lot of different artistic show-pieces from Infantino which have been outstanding and very creative. I can highly receommend him
